Our Refund Policy: A Commitment to a Fair and Transparent Partnership

At MaMITs Private Limited, your vision is our mission. We believe every great project is built on a foundation of trust, clarity, and open communication. We consider you our partner, not just a client, and our goal is to ensure you are delighted with the results we create together.

This policy is designed to be simple and transparent, giving you a clear understanding of how we handle payments and refunds. We want you to feel confident and secure from the moment our partnership begins.

Step 1: Kicking Off Our Journey Together (The Advance Payment)

To begin any project, whether it’s for Website Design, Graphic Design, Mobile App Development, 3D Modeling, Software Development, or an SEO campaign, we require an initial payment. This is typically 50% of the estimated project cost or a pre-agreed token amount.

Why do we do this? This advance payment is our shared commitment. It allows us to officially schedule your project, dedicate our expert team of designers, developers, and strategists, and invest the initial time required for research, planning, and documentation. It’s the handshake that formally kicks off our collaborative work.

Step 2: The “First Look” – Our Critical First Milestone

We get to work immediately, channeling our creativity and expertise into your project. Based on our agreed-upon timeline, we will present you with the “First Look.” This could be:

  • For a Website or Mobile App: The initial design mock-ups and core concept.
  • For Graphic Design: The first draft of your logo or creative asset.
  • For Software/3D Development: The initial architecture plan and/or preliminary design renders.
  • For SEO: The detailed audit, keyword research, and initial 30-day strategy plan.

This is the most important checkpoint in our process. It’s your opportunity to see our vision for your project and make a crucial decision.

Step 3: Your Decision – The Two Paths Forward

After we present the “First Look,” the path forward is in your hands.

Option A: You Love It! Let’s Continue Our Journey. If you approve the initial concept and design, that’s fantastic! We will move forward with the full development and execution of the project. At this stage, your initial advance payment officially becomes non-refundable, as it is invested in the resources and the work to come. We will then proceed based on the project’s payment milestones.

Option B: It’s Not the Right Fit. You Decide to End the Project. We understand that sometimes, creative visions may not align perfectly. If, after seeing the “First Look,” you are not satisfied and decide it’s best not to proceed, we will honour your decision.

In this case, we will close the project and initiate a refund of your advance payment (The refund will be credited to your bank account within 25 to 30 days. All required documentation, including your bank account details, has already been submitted to MaMITs for processing) , minus the following:

  1. A Project Scoping & Administrative Fee: A nominal fee that covers the non-creative costs associated with project setup, extensive requirement analysis, documentation, and administrative time.
  2. Charges for Work Completed: This accounts for the actual, tangible hours our professional team has dedicated to your project, including the research, brainstorming, and creation of the “First Look” concepts we presented to you.

We believe this is a fair approach, as it compensates our team for the professional work already completed while returning the remainder of your investment. The project is then formally closed, and you are free to pursue another direction.

After the “First Look” Approval: Our Commitment is Sealed

Once you have approved the “First Look” (Option A) and work on the project has continued, all fees and payments become non-refundable. At this point, our team is fully engaged and dedicating significant time and resources to bring your project to life, and the costs associated with this work are irreversible.

A Special Note on SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO and other digital marketing services are subscription-based and operate on a monthly cycle. Payments are made for work that is either already completed or is scheduled for the upcoming month. For this reason, all monthly payments for these recurring services are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Costs

Please note that any out-of-pocket expenses we incur on your behalf, such as the purchase of third-party themes, plugins, stock photos, domain names, or hosting services, are non-refundable at any stage.

We hope this policy gives you a clear and reassuring picture of our process. Our primary goal is your success, and we believe this fair and transparent approach is the best way to start our partnership on the right foot.
