Cinematic 3D for real estate

Real Estate 3D Website Designing

Scroll to see a project go from plan to a lit tower. This is the kind of 3D experience we build into real estate websites.

  1. 01From planEvery project starts as a flat site plan. We read it the way an architect does.
  2. 02To 3DTowers rise from the plan, so buyers understand the scale of the project in one look.
  3. 03Floor by floorFloors separate like a model on a sales table, so each level can be explained on its own.
  4. 04Lit and liveAt night the windows come on: the project as it will feel to live in, on any phone.

3D website design

What 3D adds to a real estate website

A buyer cannot walk through a tower that is still a drawing. 3D lets them understand the project before the site visit, and done right it does not slow the website down.

  • 3D walkthroughs

Walkthroughs and renders made by our 3D team, placed on the project page and loaded only when the buyer taps play, so the page stays fast.

  • Interactive floor stacks

A tower the buyer can tap floor by floor to see the unit types, carpet areas and availability on that level.

  • 3D site and master plans

Plotted townships and large projects shown as a 3D master plan, with roads, open spaces and phases marked.

  • Scroll stories that stay fast

Scroll driven scenes like the one above, built with light code and a still image fallback for older phones and slow networks.

Our 3D team also makes walkthroughs and renders on their own. See 3D design and walkthroughs by MaMITs.

Featured work

Four real estate websites, and what each one had to do

Every project starts with a different buyer. Here is what we built for a luxury tower, a plotted township, a property portal and a developer with an EPC business.

Madhuban Diamond Height, Bhopal website on laptop and phone, designed and developed by MaMITs01

Luxury tower

Madhuban Diamond Height, Bhopal

A single tower of 60 luxury 4 BHK apartments at Jatkhedi on Hoshangabad Road. Buyers at this budget want proof before they call, so the first screen answers the big questions at once.

  • RERA registration number in the hero, not in the footer
  • Unit count, configuration, carpet area per unit and possession date as four facts under the headline
  • Why buy section written for the Hoshangabad Road corridor
  • Enquiry and contact always one tap away on a phone

Shri Krishna City, Bhopal website on laptop and phone, designed and developed by MaMITs02

Plotted township

Shri Krishna City, Bhopal

A gated residential plot project next to Azim Premji University. Plot buyers compare location first, so the site leads with why this place and why now.

  • "Why here, why now" story built around the university and the growth of the area
  • Amenities and plot sizes in their own sections
  • Blog for location and investment questions that buyers search for
  • Enquiry form that captures the plot size the buyer wants

Housing Sooq, Oman website on laptop and phone, designed and developed by MaMITs03

Property portal

Housing Sooq, Oman

A property marketplace for buying, selling and renting across the Sultanate of Oman. A portal has to serve owners, agents and buyers at the same time.

  • Search by city and locality with rent and sale filters
  • Create listing flow for owners and agents
  • Bilingual listing titles in Arabic and English where owners post them
  • Buy, sell and rent sections with their own entry points

NIHPL, Mumbai website on laptop and phone, designed and developed by MaMITs04

Developer and EPC

NIHPL, Mumbai

Nusrat Infra Holding works across real estate development, redevelopment, SRA projects, EPC contracting and trading. The site had to explain a wide business without becoming a brochure.

  • Six business lines explained as one integrated platform
  • Redevelopment and SRA explained for housing societies
  • Project pipeline and capabilities for partners and investors
  • Clear "discuss a project" path on every page

Who we build for

Real estate websites for eight kinds of property businesses

A plotted township and an EPC contractor both work in real estate, but their buyers ask completely different questions. Find yours.

  • Builders and developers

You sell apartments, villas or towers and need trust before the first call.

    • Company page with delivered and ongoing projects
    • One page or microsite per project
    • RERA details, approvals, bank tie ups
    • Construction progress updates
  • Plotted and township projects

Your buyer is buying a location and a future, not a finished home.

    • Location story with connectivity
    • Plot size and layout plan pages
    • Investment questions answered in a blog
    • Site visit booking for weekends
  • Construction contractors

Your clients are companies and departments who check capability, not brochures.

    • Services, equipment and certifications
    • Completed and ongoing project record
    • Safety and quality pages
    • Tender and enquiry contact
  • Infrastructure and EPC companies

An infrastructure company website for roads, industrial work, smart city and EPC has to prove scale first.

    • Sector pages and project maps
    • Client and project references
    • Careers for site staff
    • Partnership and tender routes
  • Property dealers and brokers

You hold inventory from many owners and need a property website that shows it fast.

    • Listing pages you can update daily
    • Search by locality, budget and BHK
    • WhatsApp share for every listing
    • Lead list for follow up
  • Property portals and proptech

Your product is the platform itself, with many users and roles.

    • Buyer, owner, agent and admin roles
    • Listing approval and featured plans
    • Locality pages that rank
    • Dashboards and payments
  • Commercial real estate and leasing

A commercial real estate website sells office, retail and warehouse space by area, floor and terms.

    • Unit level area and floor details
    • Lease terms and fit out notes
    • Site visit and brochure requests
    • Tenant and investor pages
  • Architects and interior studios

Your work is the proof, and it has to look as good online as on site.

Services in depth

Real estate, builder, construction, portal and listing website development

Five services that look similar from the outside and are very different to build. Each one, explained.

01

Real estate website development

A real estate website for a developer is two things at once: a company website that builds trust in the name, and a set of project pages that sell specific homes. Most builder sites fail at the second part. They put every project on one page, hide the RERA number in the footer and send every enquiry to an inbox that nobody checks on Sunday, which is when most site visits are planned.

MaMITs builds the company layer and the project layer together. Each project gets its own URL, its own title and description for Google, its own floor plans, availability and brochure, and its own enquiry tracking, so you can see which project and which page brought the lead.

  • A page or microsite per project, each with its own SEO
  • Floor plans, carpet areas and a price sheet behind a short form
  • Availability you update from the admin panel
  • RERA number and RERA website address on every project page
  • WhatsApp, call and site visit booking that stay in reach on a phone
Ask about real estate website development
02

Builder website development

A builder website has to work for three groups: home buyers, channel partners and lenders or landowners looking for a partner. The home page is for the first group; the rest need their own clear routes. A builder with ongoing, upcoming and completed projects also needs the site to change as projects move from launch to handover.

We structure builder websites by project status, so a buyer can see what is ready to move in, what is under construction with progress photos, and what is launching next. Completed projects become the strongest proof on the site.

  • Ongoing, upcoming and completed project sections
  • Construction progress gallery per project
  • Channel partner and landowner enquiry forms
  • Company story, leadership and delivered track record
  • Launch microsites that can go live ahead of the main site
Ask about builder website development
03

Construction company website development

A construction company website is read by procurement teams, consultants and government departments. They are not looking for a lifestyle story. They want to know what you build, at what scale, with which equipment and certifications, and who you have built it for.

Our construction company websites, such as the ones for S&S DESINZ, Paliwal Buildinfra and Laxmi Constructions, lead with capability and record: services, sectors, completed and ongoing projects, certifications and a direct contact for tenders.

  • Services and sectors with real project photos
  • Completed and ongoing project lists
  • Certifications, safety and quality pages
  • Equipment and capacity details where you want to show them
  • Tender, vendor and careers contact routes
Ask about construction company website development
04

Real estate portal development

A real estate portal is a product, not a brochure. It needs accounts for buyers, owners, agents and builders, a way to approve listings before they go live, search that works on a phone, and a reason for listers to come back, such as leads they can see in a dashboard.

We plan portals in phases. The first phase gets search, listings, accounts and enquiries working well; the next phases add featured listings, payments, locality pages and analytics. Housing Sooq, a marketplace for buying, selling and renting in Oman, is one of the portals we have built.

  • Buyer, owner, agent, builder and admin roles
  • Listing submission with approval
  • Search by city, locality, budget, BHK, rent or sale
  • Featured listing plans and online payment where needed
  • Lead dashboards for listers and reports for the admin
Ask about real estate portal development
05

Property listing website development

A property listing website is smaller than a portal: usually one agency or a group of brokers listing their own inventory. It still needs listings that are easy to add, search that works, and an enquiry that reaches the right person quickly.

We build listing websites where adding a property takes a few minutes from a phone, every listing gets its own shareable page for WhatsApp, and every enquiry is tagged with the listing it came from.

  • Fast listing entry with photos, price and location
  • Filters for locality, budget, BHK and status
  • Share to WhatsApp from every listing
  • Sold and rented status without deleting the page
  • Enquiries tagged with the listing and the agent

Real estate SEO

How a real estate website gets found on Google and in AI answers

A beautiful site that nobody finds does not sell. These six things are built into every real estate website we make.

  1. 01

Project pages that match real searches

Buyers search for things like "3 BHK on Hoshangabad Road Bhopal" or "plots near Azim Premji University". A project page with that configuration, area name and real details in its title and text can answer those searches. A single home page cannot.

  2. 02

    Locality pages

A page about the area, with schools, hospitals, roads and the projects you have there, helps buyers from outside the city and gives Google more reasons to show your site for searches about that locality.

  3. 03

    Schema markup

Structured data tells search engines what a page is about: your organisation, the project as a place or residence, the FAQ and the breadcrumbs. We add it to every page, so search engines read the project facts the same way buyers do.

  4. 04

    Google Business Profile

Your sales office and site office can appear in Google Maps results. The name, address and phone on the website should match the profile exactly, and the profile should link to the right project page.

  5. 05

    Speed on mobile data

Most property searches happen on phones. We compress images, avoid heavy sliders and test pages on real phones over mobile data before launch.

  6. 06

Answers that AI search can quote

Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and other answer engines quote pages that answer questions directly. Short, factual answers on your project pages, about possession, approvals, sizes and location, make your project easier to quote correctly.

Our point of view

Inspired by good work. Never copied.

Like every design team, we look at great websites for inspiration. We never copy them. Each design starts from your project: the land, the buyer you want and the city you are selling in.

The goal is simple. When someone opens your website we want them to stop and think, who made this? For us a project is not another delivery. It is a chance to make one of the best pieces in our portfolio, and that is the effort we put into every website.

  • Scratch designNo bought themes
  • Fast delivery23 to 96 hours* for standard sites
  • We know real estateTowers, townships, infra, portals

Security and speed, from day one

  • SSL and secure forms

Every page on HTTPS, with spam protection on forms so your sales team sees real enquiries.

  • Admin roles

Sales, marketing and admin users see only what they need. Access is removed when someone leaves.

  • Backups and updates

Regular backups and updates, with plugins kept to the ones the site really needs.

  • Fast on mobile data

Compressed images, no heavy sliders, and pages tested on real phones before launch.

* Terms and conditions apply. The 23 to 96 hour window covers a standard website scope and starts once your content, photos and domain access are with us. Custom designed microsites and portals follow the written timeline we share before work starts.

Avoid these

10 mistakes we see on builder websites, and how we fix them

We review a lot of real estate websites before we redesign them. These ten problems come up again and again.

  1. One page for every project

Search engines cannot rank a project that has no page of its own, and buyers cannot share it.

  2. RERA number hidden in the footer

Buyers look for it first. Missing or hard to find details also create compliance questions.

  3. A heavy PDF instead of a project page

A 20 MB brochure is slow on mobile data and Google cannot read most of it. Put the key facts on the page.

  4. Stock photos of other buildings

Buyers notice. Real site photos, renders and progress pictures build more trust than a generic skyline.

  5. Long enquiry forms

Name, phone and project are enough to start. Ask the rest on the call.

  6. No WhatsApp button

Most buyers in India would rather send a WhatsApp message than fill a form or wait for a call back.

  7. Leads that go to one inbox

An enquiry that waits until Monday is often lost. Route leads to the sales team where they work.

  8. Sliders and autoplay video on the first screen

They slow the page on a phone and push the facts below the fold.

  9. No construction updates

An under construction project with no update since launch makes buyers wonder what is happening on site.

  10. The same theme as every competitor

When five projects in the same area look identical online, none of them stands out.

Portals and listing websites

Real estate portal and property listing website development

A portal is a different product from a builder website. It has to work for buyers, owners, agents and the admin at the same time.

  • Search that buyers use

City, locality, budget, BHK, buy or rent, ready or under construction, with results that load fast on a phone.

  • Accounts and roles

Buyer, owner, agent, builder and admin accounts, each seeing only what they need.

  • Listing approval

New listings wait for review, so fake or duplicate property does not go live.

  • Lead dashboards

Each lister sees their enquiries; the admin sees totals by city, project and source.

  • Map and locality pages

Locality pages with listings and local information, which also help search rankings.

  • Plans and payments

Featured and premium listing plans with online payment, where your model needs it.

Builder website or portal? The difference in one picture. Open full size

Your own website or a portal listing?

Do builders still need a website if they list on property portals?

Yes, most builders need both. Property portals bring buyers who are already searching, and they are worth using. But a portal listing is rented space: it sits next to competing projects, the portal controls the page, and the listing ends when the plan ends.

Your own real estate website is the one place where the buyer sees only your project, your RERA details and your sales team. The two work best together: portals bring the first visit, and the website turns the interest into a site visit.

  1. 01

    You own the page

On a portal your project sits next to competing projects and the portal decides what the buyer sees next. On your website the buyer sees only your project.

  2. 02

    You own the lead

Portal enquiries are often shared or resold. A website enquiry comes to your sales team only, with the page it came from.

  3. 03

    You build long term value

Every project page, update and review on your own domain helps the next launch. A portal listing ends when the plan ends.

Compliance

RERA details every real estate project website should show

Section 11(2) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 asks a promoter to mention the project registration number and the RERA website address in every advertisement and prospectus. A project website advertises the project, so we treat these details as part of the design, not an afterthought in the footer.

We place the RERA number and a link to the state RERA website on every project page, keep areas in carpet area, and keep the possession timeline the same as the one declared to RERA, so the website, the brochure and the RERA portal tell the buyer the same story.

State authorities can add their own rules on advertisements. Please confirm the final wording with your RERA consultant; this section is guidance, not legal advice.

Cost

What does a real estate website cost in India?

MaMITs website projects are usually quoted between Rs 20,000 and Rs 1,35,000. Where your project lands depends on what you need, how many projects the site carries and the extras below. Every website includes the items in the box. Property portals are quoted after we fix the scope, because user roles, payments and search change the effort a lot.

  • Number of projects and whether each needs its own microsite
  • Floor plans, availability tables and price sheets per project
  • Custom illustrations, renders or a 3D walkthrough
  • Lead routing to WhatsApp, email and your CRM
  • Languages, for example English and Hindi
  • Content writing, photography and ongoing support

Choosing a company

8 questions to ask before you hire a real estate website company

Whoever you choose, ask these. Good answers come with live examples.

  1. Q1

Can I see live real estate websites you built?

Ask for live links, not mockups, and open them on your phone. Check speed, the RERA details and how quickly you can send an enquiry.

  2. Q2

Who will update the website after launch?

Find out whether your team gets an admin panel and training, or whether every change needs the agency.

  3. Q3

    Where will the leads go?

Leads should reach your sales team on WhatsApp and email at once, and your CRM if you use one, with the source page recorded.

  4. Q4

Will each project get its own page?

A page per project is what lets a project rank for its own searches and be shared on WhatsApp.

  5. Q5

How will the RERA details be shown?

The registration number and RERA website address should be on every project page, not only in the footer.

  6. Q6

What is in the quote, and what costs extra?

Ask about domain, hosting, SSL, content writing, photos, 3D work, languages and support after launch.

  7. Q7

How fast will pages load on mobile data?

Most buyers browse on phones. Ask how images are compressed and whether pages are tested on real phones.

  8. Q8

Who owns the website and the data?

You should own the domain, the content and the lead data, with admin access in your name.

Glossary

Real estate website terms, explained simply

Words you will hear while planning a project website, in plain language.

RERA
The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and the state authority set up under it. Most new projects above a size limit must be registered before they are advertised.
RERA registration number
The number a state RERA authority gives a registered project. Buyers can check it on the authority website.
Carpet area
The net usable floor area of an apartment, as defined in the RERA Act. Sale prices under RERA are based on carpet area.
Project microsite
A separate small website or section for one project, with its own address, design and enquiry tracking.
Channel partner
A broker or agency that sells a builder's project for a commission. Many builder websites have a separate form for them.
Site visit booking
A form or calendar where a buyer picks a day and time to visit the project, which the sales team then confirms.
Lead routing
Sending each website enquiry to the right person or system, such as WhatsApp, email or a CRM, with details of where it came from.
CRM
Customer relationship management software that a sales team uses to track enquiries, calls, visits and bookings.
Property portal
A website where many owners, brokers or builders list property and buyers search across all of it.
Locality page
A page about an area or neighbourhood, with its facilities and the properties available there.
Schema markup
Structured data added to a page so search engines understand what it describes, such as an organisation, a place or a list of questions.
Possession date
The date by which the promoter has committed to hand over the units, as declared at the time of RERA registration.

FAQ

Real estate website development: questions builders ask us

What does a real estate website development company do?

It plans, designs and builds the website a developer, builder, broker or portal uses to sell property online. At MaMITs that means a company website, one page or microsite per project, floor plans and price sheets, RERA details, a site visit booking flow, and enquiries that reach your sales team on WhatsApp, email or CRM. For portals it also means listing management, user accounts and search.

Who is the best real estate website development company in India?

There is no official ranking, so judge companies by their live work. Open the real estate websites they have built on your phone, check how fast they load, whether the RERA number is visible and how easy it is to send an enquiry. MaMITs, based in Bhopal, is rated 4.9 on Google from 182 reviews and has built websites for projects such as Madhuban Diamond Height and Shri Krishna City in Bhopal, NIHPL in Mumbai and the Housing Sooq portal in Oman.

How much does a real estate website cost in India?

MaMITs website projects are usually quoted between Rs 20,000 and Rs 1,35,000. A company website with a few project pages sits at the lower end; a custom designed builder site with several project microsites, availability tables and a lead dashboard sits higher. Property portals and listing marketplaces are quoted after we fix the scope, because user roles, payments and search change the effort a lot.

How long does it take to build a builder or project website?

For a standard website where the content and photos are ready, MaMITs works to a 23 to 96 hour launch window (terms and conditions apply: the clock starts once content, photos and domain access are with us, and it covers a standard website scope). A custom designed project microsite takes longer because of design rounds, and a property portal is planned in phases over several weeks. We give you the timeline in writing before work starts.

What should a real estate project website include?

At minimum: project name, location and connectivity, configurations with carpet area, floor plans, amenities with real photos or renders, the RERA registration number and the state RERA website address, construction progress, a brochure or price sheet, and a site visit or enquiry form that stays easy to reach on a phone.

Does the RERA number have to appear on a project website?

Under Section 11(2) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, a promoter has to mention the project registration number and the RERA website address in every advertisement or prospectus, and a project website is advertising. State RERA authorities can add their own rules, so check with your RERA consultant. We place the number and link on every project page by default.

What is the difference between a builder website and a property listing portal?

A builder website sells the builder's own projects: it tells the story of the company and each project and collects enquiries for one sales team. A listing portal hosts property from many owners, brokers or builders, so it needs accounts, listing approval, search filters, featured listings and routing of each enquiry to the right lister.

Can MaMITs build a property portal with agent and owner logins?

Yes. A portal can have buyer, owner, agent and admin roles, listing submission with approval, plans for featured listings, saved searches and enquiry dashboards. Housing Sooq in Oman, a property marketplace for buying, selling and renting, is one of the portals we built.

Should each project have its own website or a page on the main website?

For most builders, one strong main website with a full page for each project works best, because every project then adds strength to the same domain. A separate microsite makes sense for a large launch with its own campaign and brand. We often do both: a project page on the main site and a launch microsite that links back to it.

Can website enquiries go to our CRM and WhatsApp?

Yes. Every enquiry can be sent to email and WhatsApp with the project and page it came from. If your CRM offers an API or a web form endpoint, we connect the website to it so the lead lands with the source already filled in.

Do you build websites for construction and infrastructure companies?

Yes. Our work includes NIHPL in Mumbai (real estate, redevelopment, SRA and EPC), Paliwal Buildinfra, Evoge Infra, S&S DESINZ (road construction), Queans Consultant and Laxmi Constructions (industrial piping and fabrication). These sites are built for B2B trust: capabilities, project record, certifications and tender contact.

Can our team update projects, prices and availability ourselves?

Yes. The admin panel lets your team add projects, change unit status, upload construction photos, replace the brochure and edit prices without a developer. We train the person who will run it.

Will our real estate website rank on Google?

No honest company can promise a ranking. What we can do is build the site so it has every chance: a page per project and locality, titles and text that match real searches, schema markup, fast pages on mobile data, a Google Business Profile that matches the site, and answers to the questions buyers ask. Ranking then depends on competition, content and links over time.

Can you add a 3D walkthrough to a project page?

Yes. Our 3D team makes walkthroughs and renders, and we place them on the project page so they load only when the buyer asks for them, which keeps the page fast.

Do you design from scratch or use templates?

We design from scratch. Like every design team we look at good work for inspiration, but we do not copy it. Each site is drawn for the project, the buyer it is aimed at and the city it is in.

Can the website be in Hindi as well as English?

Yes. Many buyers in Madhya Pradesh and North India prefer Hindi for some pages. We can build the site in two languages with a switch, so each language has its own pages for search engines.

Do you work with builders outside Bhopal?

Yes. MaMITs is based in Bhopal and works with clients across India and abroad. Meetings can be online for any city. For an in person meeting, book 3 days ahead anywhere in Madhya Pradesh, such as Indore, Gwalior or Jabalpur, and 7 days ahead for Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune and the rest of Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh.

How do I find a good real estate website designer near me?

Search for designers in your city, then shortlist the ones who can show live real estate websites, not only mockups. Ask who will update the site after launch, where leads will go and how the project pages will be found on Google. If your city is Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior or Jabalpur, MaMITs can meet you in person with 3 days notice.

Is a real estate website secure?

We set up SSL, form spam protection, admin roles, regular backups and updates, and we keep plugins to the ones the site really needs. Lead data stays with you, and access is removed when someone leaves your team.

What happens after the website goes live?

We train your team, hand over logins and stay available for updates and support. Many clients ask us to add new projects, construction updates and offers as they come, and we can also help with SEO and Google Business Profile.

Ready to put your project online the right way?

Tell us about your project or company. We reply on call or WhatsApp with ideas, examples close to your project and a quote.
