All-in-One Travel Agency Softwarefor Leads, Quotations, Bookings, GST and Operations
MaMITs Travel ERP is a self-hosted travel agency management software built in India for travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, hotel booking desks and taxi operators. One installation on your own server gives you two things that always stay in sync: a back office where your team captures enquiries, sends quotations, confirms bookings, raises GST invoices and collects payments, and a fast public website where your customers browse tour packages, hotels and cabs, book online, pay online and log in to see their vouchers.
Everything runs on one database. When a customer books on your website, the booking, the customer record, the GST invoice and the payment link are created in the same moment and show up in your admin panel. There is no copy and paste between tools, no double entry and no monthly per-user fee.
Version 1.1.0, September 2026. Runs on PHP 8.0 or newer with MySQL or MariaDB on ordinary shared hosting or a VPS. Read the complete Feature Guide (PDF) or the step-by-step User Manual (PDF), both public.
Most travel businesses in India run on a mix of Excel sheets, a WhatsApp group, a separate invoicing app, a website built by someone who has since disappeared and a CRM that was made for real estate. Each tool holds a piece of the customer, and the person who knows the full story is the owner.
MaMITs Travel ERP replaces that mix with one system. The table below shows what one installation covers.

Who is MaMITs Travel ERP for?
01
Travel agencies
Agencies that sell tour packages, hotels and cabs together, and need quotations, bookings, GST invoices and payment collection in one place. If your day starts with “did anyone follow up with the Kerala family?” this is built for you.
02
Tour operators
Operators running fixed-departure group tours with live seat counts, or tailor-made itineraries with day-by-day plans. Website bookings reduce available seats automatically, and checkout refuses more travellers than seats left, so you are never overbooked.
03
Destination management companies (DMCs)
DMCs that quote multiple options with supplier costs and margins, and need operations vouchers, document checklists and a clean record of every revision sent to an agent or a client.
04
Hotel booking desks
Businesses that publish hotels with room types, EP, CP, MAP and AP meal plans, seasonal rates, blackout dates and instant online booking with room inventory.
05
Taxi and cab operators
Operators with rate cards per city and vehicle type, airport transfers, local hourly packages, outstation one-way and round trips, and driver or vendor assignment with a printable cab voucher.
06
Growing agencies with a sales team
Businesses that need roles and permissions, lead assignment, follow-up reminders, team performance reports and an activity log that shows who changed what and when.

Scene 04The broken chainMid-morning
Why travel businesses need an all-in-one travel ERP
A travel CRM alone tracks calls.A booking engine alone sells inventory. An invoicing app alone prints bills.None of them knows that the enquiry from Instagram on Monday became a quotation on Tuesday, a booking on Thursday and a GST invoice with a pending balance before the travel date.
MondayEnquiry from Instagram
TuesdayQuotation
ThursdayBooking
Before travelGST invoice, pending balance
An all-in-one travel ERP keeps that chain intact. The lead moves to Won automatically when a booking is created from its quotation. The booking carries the travellers, the rooms, the payment schedule and the document checklist. The invoice status changes from Unpaid to Partial to Paid as verified payments come in. The dashboard shows receivables ageing and a monthly GST summary ready for GSTR-1 and 3B.
The practical result is fewer missed follow-ups, fewer “please resend my voucher” calls, cleaner books at GST filing time and a website that brings in enquiries which land straight in the pipeline with the source recorded.

1. Capture the enquiry. Leads come from your website forms, the home page call-back, the lead popup, package and destination pages, hotel enquiries, and manual entry for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, walk-ins, referrals and JustDial. Website leads record where the visitor came from: Google, Facebook, Instagram, a UTM campaign, a referral site or direct.

2. Create the customer. A single profile with phone as identity, alternate phone, WhatsApp number, email, company, address, GSTIN for B2B, tags, date of birth and anniversary, plus saved travellers with ID type and number.
Fig. 3.2Customer form with contact details, GSTIN, date of birth, anniversary, tags and saved travellers.
03
3. Qualify the lead. Priority badges (Hot, Warm, Cold), destination interest, approximate travel date with a “dates flexible” tick, adults, children and infants, budget range, assigned staff member, and follow-ups by call, WhatsApp, email or meeting. Due and overdue follow-ups appear on the dashboard.

04
4. Build the quotation. Options A, B and C side by side, item types for package, add-on, hotel, taxi and custom lines, live sell total, cost, margin and per-person price, inclusions, exclusions, terms and a valid-till date.
Fig. 4.2Quotation builder: customer, validity, travellers and several options side by side.
05
5. Present the itinerary. The customer opens a public quotation link with a clean layout and a Save PDF button. When they open it, the status changes to Viewed so your team knows the best moment to call. Revisions are saved as v2, v3 and so on with the same quotation number.
Fig. 4.3The public quotation link the customer receives.

6. Confirm the booking. Convert to Booking on any option copies items, travellers and totals. Add fixed-departure seats, room allocation, payment milestones and the document checklist. Send the voucher and a hotel voucher grouped by property.

Travel CRM and lead management
A visual sales pipeline with one column per stage: New, Contacted, Quote Sent, Follow-up, Negotiation, Won and Lost. Drag a card to move it. Dropping a card on Lost asks for a lost reason, so you always know why business was missed. Duplicate check on phone number links a repeat enquiry to the existing record instead of creating a new one.
Multi-option proposals with cost and margin visible only to staff with the cost permission. Choosing a package fills in its lowest price and cost automatically. Send by WhatsApp and email with one click, track when the customer views it, revise with full version history, and let the customer accept online.

Travel itinerary builder
Day-wise itinerary cards inside every tour package: title, hotel stay, transfer, description, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and activities. Print a clean day-by-day itinerary PDF for the customer.

How MaMITs Travel ERP works
5minutes to install
Fig. 24.1Step 1 of the installer checks your server.
Install in about five minutes. A three-step web installer checks the server, sets up the database (it can even create the database for you) and creates your agency and admin account. There is no SQL to run by hand.
Choose your business lines. During installation you pick Tour Packages, Hotels, Taxi and Cabs, or any mix. Presets such as “Tour operator only”, “Hotel booking only” or “Taxi service only” are one click. When a module is off, its menus, website pages, search tabs, sitemap entries and report blocks disappear. Nothing is deleted, so you can switch it on later.
Fig. 1.2Business Modules: one-click presets such as “Tour operator only”, “Hotel booking only” or “Taxi service only”.
Set up your brand. Business profile, logo, GSTIN and PAN, theme and colours, font pair, header and footer templates, SMTP for email, Razorpay or Cashfree keys, captcha provider, and WhatsApp message templates.
Add your products. Destinations first, then packages, hotels and cab rate cards. Images are converted to WebP automatically and kept in the Media Library with alt text.
Go live. Your public website is ready at the same time as your admin panel. Every enquiry form on it creates a lead. Every online booking creates the customer, the booking, the seat reservation, the GST invoice and the confirmation email.
Update with one click. Upload the new version ZIP in Updates. The software backs up your current code (keeping the last five backups), protects your config and uploads, and runs database changes automatically.

Why businesses choose MaMITs Travel ERP
Self-hosted, your data stays with you. The software runs on your own server, so customer data, quotations and invoices stay on your hosting account. There are no per-user or per-booking charges and you keep your data for as long as you like.
Three business lines in one product. Tours, hotels and cabs share the same customer, the same quotation, the same booking, the same invoice and the same website. Most tools on the market handle one line and leave you to stitch the rest.
Built for Indian GST from day one. CGST plus SGST or IGST per invoice, SAC code, GST on the value after discount, credit notes, and a monthly summary for filing.
WhatsApp is part of the workflow. One tap WhatsApp and call buttons on every lead card, quotation send with a ready message, driver details sent to the customer, eight editable message templates with placeholders. No API subscription is needed because messages open in WhatsApp with the text prepared.
A website that sells, not just a brochure. Live price calculator on package pages, hotel cart with several room types, map-based cab booking with road distance, online checkout with full payment, advance percentage or bank and UPI, and a thank-you page with a QR code.
Tested for scale. Tested with 10,000 tour packages, 10,000 hotels, 10,000 cab rate cards and 1,00,000 quotations. In MaMITs tests every admin screen loaded in under 0.8 seconds.

Travel software for India, UAE, Nepal, Thailand and Vietnam
MaMITs Travel ERP was designed around the way Indian travel agencies actually work: GST invoices, UPI and Razorpay or Cashfree payments, WhatsApp follow-ups, JustDial enquiries, fixed departures for group tours and cab rate cards per city. The same system fits inbound and outbound operators in UAE and Dubai, trekking and tour companies in Nepal, and tour operators and DMCs in Thailand and Vietnam, because the tax type on every invoice can be set to No GST and the currency, terms and templates are editable.

Scene 14QuestionsEvening
Travel agency software questions answered
What is travel agency management software?
Travel agency management software is a system that runs the daily work of a travel business in one place: capturing enquiries, sending quotations, confirming bookings, issuing invoices, collecting payments and reporting on sales. MaMITs Travel ERP adds the product catalogue (packages, hotels, cabs), the public website and the SEO tools to that list, so the sales side and the marketing side share one database.
What is travel ERP software?
Travel ERP software connects every department of a travel company, from sales and operations to accounts and marketing, on one platform. The difference from a plain travel CRM is that an ERP also handles inventory (seats, rooms), billing (GST invoices, credit notes), collections (payment links, reminders) and reporting (receivables ageing, GST summary), not only the customer conversation.
What is travel CRM software?
Travel CRM software manages the relationship with each customer: lead capture, follow-ups, quotations and the history of every interaction. In MaMITs Travel ERP the CRM is the front end of the same system that also creates the booking and the invoice, so nothing needs to be re-entered.
What is tour operator software?
Tour operator software helps a company that designs and runs tours to publish packages, manage departure dates and seats, price per traveller, and handle operations such as hotel and transfer vouchers. MaMITs Travel ERP covers this with the six-tab package editor, fixed departures with live seats and the operations dashboard.
What is DMC software?
DMC software supports a destination management company that receives business from agents and operators, quotes with supplier costs and margins, and runs the ground operations. Multi-option quotations, cost visibility control, hotel vouchers grouped by property and cab vouchers with driver details cover the DMC workflow.
How does travel quotation software work?
You choose the customer, add options (for example Standard and Deluxe), add package, hotel, taxi or custom items to each option, and the system shows sell total, cost, margin and per-person price live. You send the public link by WhatsApp and email, the status changes to Viewed when the customer opens it, and the customer can accept online. Revisions are kept as versions.
How do travel agencies manage leads?
Leads are captured from the website and entered manually from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, walk-ins, referrals and JustDial. Each lead has a stage, a priority, an assigned staff member and follow-ups with a date and time. Due follow-ups appear on the dashboard. When a booking is created from the lead’s quotation, the lead moves to Won automatically.
Can travel software generate GST invoices?
Yes. MaMITs Travel ERP creates GST invoices from a booking with CGST plus SGST or IGST, your SAC code, GST percent per line, discounts, automatic numbering, credit notes, bank and UPI details and a Pay Now button.
Can travel software manage hotels and cabs?
Yes. Hotels have room types, meal plans, seasonal rates, blackout dates and inventory, and can be booked online. Cabs have rate cards per city and vehicle type, automatic fare calculation, driver and vendor assignment and vouchers, and can be booked online on a map.
Can a travel ERP include a website builder?
Yes. The public website is part of the software. You edit the home page sections, pages, menus, footer, popup, banners, blog, colours and fonts from the admin panel, and every enquiry form on the site creates a lead in the CRM.
What is the difference between travel CRM and travel ERP?
A travel CRM manages the sales conversation. A travel ERP manages the sales conversation plus the product inventory, the booking, the invoice, the payment, the operations and the reports. If you need only lead tracking, a CRM is enough. If you also need seats, rooms, GST invoices and a website that sells, you need an ERP.
What is the difference between travel agency software and Excel?
Excel stores what you type. Travel agency software connects what you type. In Excel a booking does not know its invoice, its payments or its lead. In MaMITs Travel ERP the booking header shows Total, Paid and Balance live, and the Reminders Due page lists every payment milestone coming up.
Who should use travel agency management software?
Any travel business that sends more than a handful of quotations a week, collects advances and balances, issues GST invoices or sells more than one type of product (packages, hotels, cabs) will save time with it. Solo agents, agencies with sales teams, tour operators, DMCs, hotel booking desks and cab operators are all covered by the module switches.
Does MaMITs Travel ERP need a monthly subscription?
The software is self-hosted on your own server and has no per-user or per-booking fee.
What hosting do I need?
PHP 8.0 or newer and MySQL 5.7 or newer or MariaDB 10.2 or newer, on Apache (cPanel, Hostinger, XAMPP) or LiteSpeed. Pretty URLs are detected automatically. Optional extras are an SMTP mailbox, Razorpay or Cashfree, a captcha provider, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.
