Legacy Service Terms
The following section preserves the older MaMITs service terms for website and development services. This section may be displayed under a separate tab titled Legacy Services Terms.
18. Legacy Services Scope
MaMITs also provides digital services including:
- static website design and development;
- dynamic website design and development;
- e-commerce website design and development;
- mobile app development;
- graphics designing;
- webcasting and streaming support;
- internet marketing and SEO-related services;
- free website design plans, where applicable.
For any such service, the final scope, deliverables, timeline, support period, and payment structure will be defined in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement shared with the client.
19. Client Responsibilities for Legacy Services
For website, app, or related digital projects, the client may be required to provide:
- business name and contact details;
- logo files and brand assets;
- business images, product images, or portfolio images;
- map location, social media links, and business email ID;
- content, approvals, documents, and other required information;
- access credentials, hosting details, domain details, or platform details where applicable.
Delays caused by missing content, approvals, documents, or access from the client side may affect delivery timelines.
20. Project Scope and Changes
Work will be delivered based on the approved quotation or scope document. Any feature, revision, additional page, design change, integration, or modification not included in the approved scope may be treated as extra work and may be chargeable.
If the client requests additional work after approval or after delivery, that work will also be chargeable unless expressly included in writing.
21. Advance Payment and Billing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects may require advance payment before work begins. Payment terms, installment structure, and milestone billing will be clearly stated in the quotation or invoice.
Any non-refundable amount, cancellation amount, or milestone payment condition must be read together with the applicable quotation or service agreement.
22. Delivery and Support
We aim to deliver projects on time, but timelines may change due to technical issues, content delays, third-party service delays, force majeure events, or client-side delays.
Support, bug fixing, and maintenance coverage will apply only for the duration and conditions mentioned in the quotation or agreement.
23. Source Code, Assets, and Ownership
Ownership of source code, design files, creative assets, or project files will depend on the terms agreed in writing for the specific project. If source code or editable files are not included in the project scope, they may be chargeable separately.
24. Free Website / Free Service Plans
Where MaMITs offers free website design or free service plans, the following may apply:
- the design and structure may be selected by MaMITs;
- limited pages, limited customization, or branding requirements may apply;
- domain, hosting, or platform charges may still be payable by the client;
- extra features, extra pages, or major changes may be chargeable;
- the service may be subject to eligibility and availability.
Any free-plan conditions shown on the relevant offer page, proposal, or brochure will apply in addition to these Terms.
25. Refunds and Cancellation for Legacy Services
Refund eligibility, cancellation rights, and non-refundable charges will depend on the stage of the project, the agreed scope, and the written commercial terms.
If a project is stopped, paused, or cancelled after work has started, completed work and incurred costs may still be chargeable.
26. Final Note
This page combines MaMITs News usage terms with legacy digital service terms. Where a separate service agreement, quotation, invoice, policy, or contract conflicts with this page, the written project-specific document will apply for that service to the extent permitted by law.
